Rob Rattray Butchers are extremely proud to have supplied Ystwyth Valley Lamb for the Friday evening dinner of the Oxford Symposium of Food & Cookery – an annual conference of some 220 international food writers, journalists, enthusiasts and academics. The theme of this year’s event, under the Directorship of Elisabeth Luard, a regular customer at Rob Rattray’s shop, is Food & Material Culture.   Presented at St Catherine’s College, Oxford by chef Tim Kelsey and this year’s feature chef, Stevie Parle of The Dock Kitchen, Notting Hill, the Ystwyth Valley Lamb is generously sponsored by Hybu Cig Cymru.   This is the third year Rob Rattray Butchers have supplied Lamb for this prestigious event and we wish Elisabeth Luard and all her team a very successful weekend and an enjoyable meal.
