Our Trainee Butcher Trystan Davies attended the HCC Craft Butchery Course at Cardiff last week, where he learnt new skills and gained a greater understanding of the trade. On Radio Cardiff today he spoke of how he enjoys the job ” I work with Rob on the farm as well. I help him with the sheep. It’s good to see my labour going from field to plate.
